Off the page, I’m a mom of four, the chaos coordinator, and a caffeine-fueled storyteller. Whether I’m cheering from the sidelines, sneaking in a writing sprint, or baking enough cinnamon rolls to feed a football team, I firmly believe that luv is the best medicine.
